Summer Missions

Dates: TBD (1 week determined by team)

What to Expect: It is a Christian summer camp ministry designed for children and young adults with special needs (physical/developmental/intellectual disabilities) to experience a week-long residential, barrier-free camp surrounding them with love, acceptance, and fun. Since 2006, more than 6,300 campers and volunteers have experienced this life-changing ministry.

Cost: $50 for church members, $100 for non-members

Dates: May 12-18, 2025

What to Expect: The Puerto Rico mission team will partner with Send Relief and/or local churches to serve the communities around the city of San Juan by helping communities find spiritual restoration. The team will primarily focus on explicitly sharing the gospel in college campuses, neighborhoods, etc. Additionally, it is expected that the mission trip will involve some physical labor to help the local churches and pastors with various projects.

Cost: $400 for members; $450 for non-members

Dates: July 20-26, 2025

What to Expect: This mission trip is open to youth, college, and post-college. This mission trip will involve working with the Navajo people. We will do evangelism, VBS, visitations, and a work project during this trip.

Cost: $350 for members; $400 for non-members

What to Expect: We will be partnering with a local church in Las Vegas (Dong San Korean Baptist Church) to share the gospel with the people in Las Vegas. Some possible locations within the area include downtown Las Vegas, the Strip, college campuses (UNLV/CSN), or local marts.

Cost: $350 for members; $400 for non-members

Dates: Determined by the team

What to Expect: The team will be taking a bus from Austin to one of these locations (Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, Denver, or New York). As the team travels by bus, they will be sharing the gospel with their fellow passengers. The same will happen as the team returns back to Austin.
