Click on the "browse" button and select the files that you would like to upload, then click the "send files" button.
You may already have Flash 8... so if you do, you're good to go... otherwise: Download the latest version here
Please note that server connections may be flaky... so if you get an error mid-way through, just "Clear List", hit "Browse" again, and try again with the files that didn't make it the first time (no need to repeat the files that made it already).
